Hydraulic Garbage Compactor

Efficient Refuse Collection & Compaction Vehicle

The Hydraulic Garbage Compactor, also known as a Refuse Collection Vehicle (RCV), is designed for the efficient collection, transportation, and compaction of municipal solid waste and recyclable materials. Combining high performance, durability, and operational efficiency, it provides municipalities and waste management companies with a reliable solution for modern waste collection operations.

Serpark offers a comprehensive range of Hydraulic Garbage Compactors engineered to accommodate various waste types, operating conditions, and customer requirements. Special attention is given to materials that are difficult to compact, ensuring optimum compression performance and maximum payload capacity.

Our engineering and R&D teams work closely with customers to develop tailored solutions, optimizing key system parameters such as hydraulic configurations, compaction forces, and operational controls. The series is available in Light Duty, Medium Duty, and Heavy Duty configurations to suit different chassis brands.

Why Choose Hydraulic Garbage Compactor?

  • ✔ High compression ratio ensuring maximum payload capacity
  • ✔ Available in Light, Medium, and Heavy Duty configurations
  • ✔ Custom-engineered hydraulic configurations and compaction forces
  • ✔ Comprehensive after-sales support, operator training, and spare parts by Serpark
  • ✔ Low maintenance, high reliability, and long equipment service life
  • ✔ Versatile container lifting systems compliant with international standards

How It Works

  1. Waste containers are loaded using the versatile EN 840 compliant lifting systems
  2. Waste is emptied into the high-capacity hopper area
  3. Heavy-duty hydraulic cylinders drive the compaction mechanisms
  4. Materials are compressed into the body with a high ratio (up to 1:6)
  5. Integrated leachate tank safely collects waste water during the process
